When running .Net apps against a local SQL Server (2000, SP3) I get the following error:
Connection failed:
ConnectionOpen (PreLoginHandshake())
Connection failed
Encryption not supported on SQL Server
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When running .Net apps against a local SQL Server (2000, SP3) I get the foll
